SOLUTION: The structure has a cooling fan device 1 sending cooling air into the mounting area of the heat generating element and a heat sink 2 loaded on the heat generating element. The finger guard 3 and the heat sink 2 of the cooling fan device 1 are connected by a heat pipe 4.
