PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a lens at the time of sticking the lens as well as to equalize thickness of an sticking agent to stick the lens. SOLUTION: An sticking tray 1 having an sticking surface 1a and a shaft part 1b is set on an sticking base 2, and the sticking agent 4 is supplied to a center of the sticking surface 1a from the sticking agent supply device 3. Thereafter, the lens 5 is made contact with the sticking surface 1a, and the lens 5 is pressurized by set pressure in the direction of the sticking surface 1a by a pressurizing means (holding/carrier device 6, pressurizing device 18). Thereafter, either one or both of the sticking tray 1 and the lens 5 is or are rotated around its or their central shafts in the opposite direction of each other while maintaining this pressurized state, and the sticking agent 4 is diffused all over the sticking surface 1a by their pressure and centrifugal force. Thereafter, the sticking agent 4 is hardened by supplying a hardening medium such as heat, cooling air, light, etc., to harden the sticking agent 4 interposed between the sticking tray 1 and the lens 5 from a hardening agent supply device 7, and the lens 5 is stuck to the sticking tray 1.
