PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge structure of a panel board capable of being slowly opened and closed with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The hinge structure of the panel board is so constituted that a door 4 is pivoted on a cover 3 in a rotatable manner, a plate spring 9 is mounted to the inside of the cover 3, and when the door 4 is pivoted, a circular arc-shaped friction section 5 is formed in the end of the door 4 and that a lock section 6 capable of being locked on the plate spring 9 is formed in the end of the friction section 5.
