发明名称 MEASURING METHOD AND MEASURING DEVICE OF SUSPENDED PARTICULATE MATTER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of measuring a particle size distribution of suspended particulate matter or minute particulate matter in the air with high resolution in a particle size range wider than that including the particle size of 10μm or larger. SOLUTION: The suspended particulate matter P in the air is sucked into a vessel 1 by a pump 2, and the suspended particulate matter P is charged in the vessel 1 to be collected electrically. The particle size distribution of the suspended particulate matter P is determined from a space intensity distribution of diffracted/scattered light acquired by irradiation of a laser beam in a state where the collected suspended particulate matter P is dispersed in a proper concentration. The intended objective is achieved by applying a laser diffracting/scattering type particle size distribution measuring method.
