Manufacture method consists in preliminary portionwise moistening of polyacrylonitrile fiber with water accompanied by compaction of fiber after each moistening portion, treatment of moistened fiber with 38-42% sodium hydroxide solution at fiber-to-NaOH weight ratio 1:(0.64-0.67) and 120-130 C without stirring, which is applied only after dissolution of polyacrylonitrile fiber.
