PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer electronic authentication data required for an ISO authentication examination through a dialup frame relay network provided on an intranet, to shut off unauthorized access from the outside and to secure security. SOLUTION: Intra-company document management systems 2-5 are unitarily managed by WAN constructed by the intranet, data required for the authentication examination of an ISO authentication examination institution 10 are filed in data base servers 3 and 4 as the electronic authentication data, the dialup frame relay network 9 is provided on the intranet and access from the authentication examination institution to the data base servers 3 and 4 is enabled. The dialup frame relay network 9 is provided with firewalls 12 and 13 shutting off the unauthorized access from the outside and the electronic authentication data 3 and 4 are transmitted and received to/from the authentication examination institution 10 through the dialup frame relay network 9 and an examination receiving organization with an intra-company network 1. |
