PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a mechanism called fly-blades 6 provided on a rotor 2 for trapping gravity itself continuously and stably operating on all materials on the earth to automatically and continuously produce a difference in gravity between the right and left sides of the rotor 2 and generate rotating force due to the operation of the gravity which is utilized in all applications including power generation. SOLUTION: This rotating machine utilizing gravity comprises fly-blades 6 with eccentric mechanisms selectively provided on the circumference of the rotor 2 provided on a main shaft 1. The fly-blades 6 each consists of a turning- down blade 9 having a roller shaft hole 7 and a rising blade 11 having a control rod 10 which are joined via a joint ring 12 and constructed on the rotor 2 with a roller shaft 13 and a looseness preventing side washer 14. Roller shafts 18 corresponding to the roller shaft holes 7 and stoppers 19 corresponding to the control rods 10 are provided on the rotor 2. The fly-blades 6 in the initialized condition are set with the turning-down blades 9 having more gravity.
