PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain nontacky thermoplastic polymer composition having excellent treatability, melt-moldability and heat resistance. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polymer composition is obtained by reacting (a) at least one kind of a block copolymer selected from a block copolymer comprising an aromatic vinyl compound-based polymer block and a conjugated dienic polymer block, and having a functional group having reactivity with an organic isocyanate compound at the terminal, and a hydrogenated product of the block polymer, with (b-1) a high-molecular polyol having 500-10,000 number average molecular weight, (b-2) a chain extender and (b-3) the organic isocyanate compound so as to satisfy the following conditions (i) and (ii): (i) [weight of the block copolymer (a)]: [weight of the high-molecular polyol (b-1)]+[weight of the chain extender (b-2)]+[weight of the organic isocyanate compound (b-3)])=(40:60)-(90:10); and (ii) the nitrogen atom content derived from the organic diisocyanate compound (b-3) is within the range of 3-6.8 wt.% based on the total weight of the high molecular polyol (b-1), the chain extender (b-2) and the organic diisocyanate compound (b-3). |
