PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrafine coaxial cable and a cable assembly using the same and a manufacturing method of an extrafine coaxial cable whose a finished outer diameter can be lessened without causing disturbance in a spirally wound elemental wire of an outer conductor. SOLUTION: An inner conductor 1 having <=0.05 mm outer diameter is covered with an insulator 2. A wire is wound spirally on the insulator 2 so that an outer conductor 3 is formed. Fluororesin is coated on the outer conductor 3 by dispersion to form a jacket 4. Reducing the thickness of the jacket 4 lessens the finish outer diameter.
