PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stencil printing equipment, in which an unwelcome state such as staining of a pressing means through its direct pressing against the perforated part of a plate cylinder is surely prevented from developing and a normal printing can be realized even when the plate cylinder is exchanged. SOLUTION: In the stencil printing equipment 1 having the plate cylinder 8, around which a master 61 is wound, a paper feeding means 4 for feeding and sending a printing paper P, the pressing means 10 for transferring an image by pressing the printing paper P against the plate cylinder 8 and a paper delivering means 6 for delivering the printing paper P, on which the image is transferred, a master length detecting means 33 for detecting the length of the master 61 wound on the plate cylinder 8 is provided and, in addition, a controlling means 26 which inhibits a printing action when the length of the master 61 detected with the master length detecting means 33 is shorter than the predetermined length, is provided.
