PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an FM demodulator capable of restricting a distortion of a demodulation signal under multi-path conditions. SOLUTION: There is provided an FM demodulation means for switching a first FM demodulation operation and a second FM demodulation operation to FM-demodulate a reception signal, and between the first FM demodulation operation and the second FM demodulation operation, responses to the amplitude change of the reception signal in a demodulation signal to be output from the FM demodulation means are set to be different.
