FIELD: rolled stock production, possibly constructions of rolling mills, mainly of finish stands of mills for rolling bars and rods. SUBSTANCE: roller box includes housing with passages; roller holder with roller units. Each roller unit includes roller mounted in rolling bearing assemblies. Spacing ring is arranged between said bearing assemblies. Spacing ring is mounted with interference fit whose value consists 0.001-0.003 of diameter of roller opening. EFFECT: stability of rolling process due to elimination of emergency occurring, repairability of roller box, enhanced effectiveness of rolling process. 2 dwg
