PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor that allows a filler to be widely and thinly fixed to the rear face of a wall plate. SOLUTION: The anchor 1 is provided with a shaft body 2 inserted into a through-hole, formed in a wall plate, from one end side, an umbrella sheet extended in a conical shape from the other end side of the shaft body, and at least three frame ribs that radially extend from one end side of the shaft body so as to expand the umbrella sheet 3 into a conical shape. Each frame rib 4 is made of an elastic body. Each frame rib (or the umbrella sheet) is mounted so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the shaft body. When an external force is applied against an elastic force of the frame ribs that expands the umbrella sheet into a conical shape, each frame rib (or the umbrella sheet) is moved to the other end side of the shaft body so that the frame ribs are closed to the shaft body side in order to fold the umbrella sheet.
