PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a suction chamber front wall being obstructive during stopping the operation in a conventional fabric developing conveyance device provided with the suction chamber for a fabric suspension part under a conveyor starting end and having the front wall of the suction chamber projecting to the front side from the front end of the conveyor starting end part. SOLUTION: In this fabric developing conveyance device having the suction chamber 3 sucking the fabric suspension part under the conveyor starting end part 21, the front wall 32 of the suction chamber 3 is so installed so as to be displaceable between a using position projecting from the conveyor starting end part front end 21a to a fabric put-in operation position side, and a storage position retreating from the conveyor starting end part front end 21a to the inner side. Therefore, during operation, the fabric suspension part can be developed by the suction from the suction chamber 3, while during stopping the operation, the suction chamber front wall 32 can be stored in the inner side which is not obstructive.
