PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car stop removing method for easily removing a car stop, which is fixed by a fixture having a head wider than a main body thereof in one end thereof, from the ground of a parking area, and to provide the fixture for the car stop capable of easily removing the car stop after fixing it once. SOLUTION: A central part 42 of a head 41 of the fixture 4 is formed with the predetermined recessed part 8 by a punch 6. A drill blade 9 having the same diameter with the fixing tool 4 or more is installed in a drill 10, and a tip 91 of the drill blade 9 is positioned at the recessed part 8, and boring is performed by the drill 10. The head 41 and a rod part 43 of the fixture 4 are separated from each other, and fixation by head 41 of the fixture 4 is released, and the car stop 2 is lifted for removal from the ground 1.
