PURPOSE: Provided are a cargo supporting plate of a synthetic resin having a 3-dimensional spring structure inside which has improved loadable weight and a durability and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The cargo supporting plate comprises a synthetic resin having a predetermined density and porosity by a 3-dimensional spring structure. The 3-dimensional spring structure is formed of continuous long and/or short filaments made by injection molding of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, in which the filaments form curls and loops irregularly contacting and entangling with each other. The cargo supporting plate has a high density part having a density higher than an average density of the supporting plate and a plane part having the average density. The high density part is disposed at both ends and central part in the longitudinal direction of a pork opening and extends in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction. The plane part is disposed at the inner surface of the pork opening or/and around the pork opening.
