PURPOSE: A kick-board for ice and snow is provided to make a user enjoy a kick-board even on the ice and snow as well as on the ground. CONSTITUTION: Symmetric blades(10,14) for causing a sliding motion are placed in the left and right sides of a kick-board wheel. The blades are mutually supported on many connecting bars(15,15') penetrating through a wheel. A rib-shaped protrusion is formed on the upper face of the blade in the lower portion of a footstep. The protrusion is combined to the sides of two linear blades prepared in the lower portion of the footstep by connecting members(8,9,12,12'). When used on the ground, a lever is placed horizontal to make the blades stuck onto the bottom end of the footstep rib. When used on the ice or snow, the lever is placed vertical to make the blades grounded on the ice or snow.
