PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation bag which is excellent in heat insulation property of a heating mixture as a container to carry a small amount of the heating mixture while heat insulating, and is light weight and compact, and also, is excellent in durability as well. SOLUTION: This heat insulating bag 1 forms a quadruple structure of an internal bag 2, a heat insulating material 3, an intermediate bag and an external bag 5. The internal bag 2 comprises a material having heat-resistance, oil- resistance and abrasion-resistance, and in which the heating mixture is housed from the opening 2a. The opening 2a of the internal bag 2 is openable/closable by an opening/closing means such as fastening string. The heat insulating material 3 comprises a material having heat insulation property, covers the internal bag 2, and insulates the heating mixture. The intermediate bag 4 comprises a material having abrasion-resistance, and contains the internal bag 2 and the heat insulating material 3. The external bag 5 comprises a material having waterproof, weather-resistance and abrasion-resistance, and contains the internal bag 2, the heat insulation material 4 and the intermediate bag 4. The opening 5a of the external bag 5 is openable/closable with a fastener 7.
