PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitutive elements and a method for fixing a piece of cloth for supporting a load onto a supporting structure. SOLUTION: An outer ring and an inner ring are provided on a cloth attachment for supporting the load in a form where providing the outer ring on the inner ring extends a piece of the cloth to a desired degree of tension. The inner ring forms a channel opening part in a direction substantially perpendicular to a lengthwise direction of the cloth. The outer ring includes a leg part that is fitted inside the channel part. The piece of the cloth is extended downward inside the channel part in a direction substantially perpendicular to the rest of the piece of the cloth at a time of assembly. Thereby the piece of the cloth is downward fixed onto a lower end of the leg part of the outer ring so that the piece of the cloth is provided with the desired degree of tension.
