<p>An information delivery method for temporally dispersing traffic of a radio line when data is downloaded from a content server to a mobile communication terminal via a mobile network and a wire network. An information delivery management block (103) provided on the mobile network temporarily stores a download request to the content server or data output from the content server and monitors traffic of the radio line or the wire network. A user of the mobile communication terminal sets a maximum time allowed for executing download. The information delivery management block (103) delivers the data to the mobile communication terminal when the radio line traffic is low within the allowed time.</p> |
