PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform work for enclosing the sealant chamber of a tire tube with a sealant in a short time. SOLUTION: Six tire tube support parts 41 capable of clamping four tire tubes 2 are provided to the outer periphery of an index table 42 rotated intermittingly by 60 deg.. A work setting station S1 for supporting the tire tubes 2 on the tire tube support parts 41 to clamp them, a buffing.vacuum drawing station S2 for buffing the vicinities of the sealant filling holes of the tire tubes 2 to draw air present in the sealant chambers under vacuum in such a state that clamping is temprarily released, a patch setting station S3 for setting a raw rubber patch to the sealant filling holes and iron stations S4-S6 for bonding the set raw rubber patch under heating to close the sealant filling holes are provided to the outer periphery of the index table 42. |
