PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an exact two-dimensional directivity pattern of an antenna to be measured with respect to the elevation angle of the antenna to be measured by utilizing a beacon signal from among a plurality of non-static satellites. SOLUTION: An orbit predicting computer 30 calculates, in advance, the orbit of a satellite 60 based on a satellite position data file 73 read out of a memory 70. The antenna to be measured 10 awaits the satellite with a state of constant elevation angle. Based of the beacon signals received with a reference antenna 20, a second receiver 25 produces a reference antenna file 72 and stores it. A data processor 50 gains the two-dimensional directivity pattern of the antenna to be measured for a certain elevation angle and also produces directivity pattern files 75 for each elevation angle of the antenna to be measured.
