The client transmits the bill to a network connector, and the network connector forms a receipt matching the bill and transmits it to the client. The client transmits the receipt to the provider, and in receipt of the receipt, the provider promotes provision of the commodity and the like complying with the order, while the network connector calculates a charge for the commodity and the like on the basis of the bill or the receipt and forms a bill including the charge for the commodity and the like and the network usage fee of the client for billing client. |
