DEVICE FOR DOWNLOADING PROGRAM OF DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSOR

PURPOSE: A device for downloading a program of a digital signal processor is provided to download an operation program in an internal memory of a DSP(Digital Signal Processor) from a CPU program memory using a 16-bit serial method on condition that a DSP(Digital Signal Processor) program is stored in the CPU program memory in advance. CONSTITUTION: A boot ROM(32) stores an operation program of DSPs(36a-36d). An FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array,34) sets a timing for storing the DSP program stored in the boot ROM(32) in an internal memory of the DSP based on a control of a CPU(30). Dual port memories(38a-38d) are mounted in the DSP for preventing a program collision of the CPU(30) and the DSP.
