There is disclosed a semiconductor device in which capacitor means (2) are connected to multiple input terminals via latch means (12), and the terminals on one side of the capacitor means are commonly connected to the input of a sense amplifier (5), thereby attaining a reduction of the circuit scale, improvement of the operation speed, saving of the consumption power, reduction of the manufacturing cost, and improvement of the manufacturing yield.
