PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of a circuit simulation in pattern design by faithfully reproducing a diode characteristic of a light emitting device formed of an organic material. SOLUTION: An area is set of a portion of the light emitting device formed of the organic material contacting an energizing electrode. A light emitting device characteristic of an actual size is faithfully reproduced by multiplying table data of the diode characteristic per predetermined unit area by the area. The accuracy of the circuit simulation can be improved.
