PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy determination of the existence of a cell unit which has sufficient capacity and is available. SOLUTION: If it is determined that the own unit has sufficient remaining capacity to operate equipment, when a signal which looks for a unit cell to operate one is received, then existence of an available cell unit when a user requests can easily be determined by sending out light or sound.
