PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability and make it possible to produce highly concentrated electrolytic water by preventing the shortage of quantity of the electrolytic water in use. SOLUTION: Water is fed to an electrolytic cell 20 through a water-feeding means 21, and the electrolytic water in the electrolytic cell 20 is transferred to a storing tank 24, and thereby the electrolytic water thus obtained can be stored in the storing tank 24.
