<p>This invention provides methods and systems for distributing charitable donations at the point of sale to qualified donees in the manner specified by the donor, comprising at least one charitable donation to a charitable organization, a charitable subscription agreement specifying the manner in which the donation will be distributed, transmitting the subscription agreement to retailers for distribution at the point of sale. At the retail level, retailer determines if the customer is a qualified donee to receive the charitable donation. If the customer is a qualified donee, the products or services presented are verified to determine if there exist any applicable charitable donations. If there are applicable charitable donations, the charitable donation are applied in the form of purchase credits toward the purchase of the verified products or services in accordance with at least one subscription agreement.</p> |
