PURPOSE: A salt water bathtub is provided to relieve the pain caused from various diseases such as inflammation of a joint and neuralgia, and to always maintain a constant salt degree. CONSTITUTION: The salt water bathtub(1) is provided with a salt container(2) installed within the bathtub by a support leg(2b) in order to maintain a constant height so that a half portion of the salt container full of salt is soaked under water(1a) received in the bathtub. The salt container is formed with a plurality of passage holes(2a) along the outer peripheral surface thereof. Alternately, the salt container takes a shape of net style bag.
