ONLINE RELAY LINE INCREASE APPARATUS IN EXCHANGE SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: An online relay line increase apparatus in an exchange system is provided to increase the relay line simply by executing only the command of a manager, thereby reducing an unnecessary additional cost largely caused by the increase of the relay line. CONSTITUTION: An operation/maintenance processor(11) outputs increase information and a request signal according to the relay line increase command from a manager to the first database(12) and a construction management interface processor(13), stores the increase result value inputted from a processor(13) to the database(12) and simultaneously displays the result value to the manager. The second database(14) receives a PLD(Processor Load Data) change signal from the processor(13) and simultaneously changes the PLD information. A communication line device state library(15) receives a library change signal from the processor(13) and simultaneously changes the library data. A hardware alarm collection block(16) gives information on a board addition/deletion to a hardware alarm processing block(17) for instructing/prohibiting collection of hardware information about the corresponding board. A communication line device state management block(18) changes relay line related area parameters within a block when adding/cancelling and requests link related information to a trunk interface block(19). A communication line device test block(20) performs the change of a parameter table having a start number of the relay line of each board managed within a block.
