摘要 PURPOSE:To control the transmission speed of a solute, by using a membrane comprising a crosslinked substance of polyamino acid and acting a protein modifier on said membrane. CONSTITUTION:A crosslinked polyamino acid membrane, which is prepared by crosslinking polyamino acid based on glutamic acid, aspartic acid or the like with a compound having two or more of crosslinkable groups such as an amino group, a carboxylic acid droup or a hydroxyl group as a crosslinking agent, is used. Said crosslinked membrane is immersed in an aqueous solution of a protein modifier such as urea, a metal salt (e.g., KCl), an acid, a base, a surfactant or acetone is dissolved in an aqueous solution or the aqueous protein modifier solution is brought into contact with the membrane surface not contacted with said aqueous solution to reversively change the three-dimensional structure of the membrane. The transmission speed of a solute is controlled by this change in the membrane structure.
