PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sensitivity of magnetic detection to an illicit operation using a magnet to a game machine and further extend the detection directivity. SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor 21 comprises a coil 33 formed by winding a copper wire on the shaft part 32a of a core bar 32 several time, and a copper- made case 34 for covering the outside of the coil 33. The core bar 32 is formed of the shaft part 32a and a flange part 23b. The flange part 23b allows the magnetic detection in a wider range, and the copper-made cover 34 prevents a wrong detection by radio wave or the like other than magnetic. The signal detected by the magnetic sensor 21 (or the induced voltage of the coil 33) is further passed to a low pass filter to extract only a component resulted from the illicit operation by the magnet, the induced voltage after extraction is properly amplified and wave detected, and the judgment for the illicit operation or not is then performed.
