<p>The invention concerns a cosmetic or dermatological composition, for topical use, in particular for skin and hair solar protection. The invention is characterised in that it comprises, in a cosmetically acceptable carrier, at least: (a) a UV filter of the type derived from benzoylmethane and (b) p-methyl benzylidene camphor and (c) a 4,4-diarylbutadiene compound, the weight ratio of the 4,4-diarylbutadiene compound over the benzoylmethane derivative being higher than 2.5 and said composition not containing cinnamate derivative. The invention also concerns a method for improving the light-stability of the p-methyl-benzylidene camphor in the presence of a UV filter of the type derived from benzoylmethane which consists in adding an efficient amount of at least 4,4-diarylbutadiene compound.</p> |
