PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a concrete block or slab by filling a form with concrete and compacting concrete by vibration to mold the concrete block (2) and subjecting the concrete block (2) to post-treatment to cure the same. SOLUTION: The upper surface of the concrete block (2) is exposed in a wet state and a soft material (4) is gently brought into contact with the upper surface of the concrete block (2) to be moved to apply post-treatment to the concrete block (2).
