PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gusset bag having a spout, which is excellent in pressure- resistant strength relative to a load during transportation and which is prevented from tearing from the vicinity of an upper-end sealed portion. SOLUTION: In the gusset bag 1 having the spout, the upper-edge sealed portion 30e comprising an upper edge 20e of a sheet surface panel 20 forming a body and an upper edge of a sheet rear panel 22 forming the body includes wide sealed portions on both sides and a narrow sealed portion in the middle. Lower edges of the wide sealed portion and a lower edge of the narrow sealed portion are connected with lower inclined edges 30f. Seals are formed such that a vertical crease 10 of a sheet left panel 26 and a vertical crease of a sheet right panel 24 respectively intersect the lower inclined edge 30f at 40 to 50 deg..
