HIGH DISPERSING CALCIUM PHOSPHATE COMPOSITION USED FOR FOOD AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A high dispersing calcium phosphate composition used for foods and a producing method thereof are provided, therefore the calcium phosphate composition can be rapidly dissolved in the cool water without forming precipitates, so that it can be useful for foods. CONSTITUTION: The high dispersing calcium phosphate composition used for foods is produced by the steps of: calcinating limestone and smokeless coal to produce quick lime(CaO) and adding water into the quick lime to produce a calcium hydroxide solution; adding phosphate into the calcium hydroxide solution to produce calcium phosphate; regulating the micro-particle size of calcium phosphate; coating the micro-particle calcium phosphate with a coating agent not to be condensed together; removing contaminants from the mixture containing the micro-particle calcium phosphate; concentrating the mixture; and drying the concentrate and powdering it, in which the micro-particle size of calcium phosphate is 0.0001 to 5.0 micrometer.
