PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake damage estimation evaluation system capable of rapidly providing for a manager the earthquake damage information and a corresponding behavior instruction in a restricted small area, such as a factory, as a self-defense disaster protection information specified to the area. SOLUTION: The automated self-defense disaster protection system that at least one of an observation seismograph 10 is installed on a facility in a designated area conducting self-defense disaster protection, the earthquake detection information, observation and estimation information such as a siesmic intensity distribution in the facility, and damage estimation information are calculated and outputted from the result of the observation and the corresponding behavior in the earthquake is rapidly instructed to the manager, and the information is also provided for a person concerned in a remote place, is collectively constructed in the object area. Thus, the area manager can carry out the corresponding behavior for the earthquake at an early stage even when the external information is not obtained. |
