PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power conversion efficiency and stabilize characteristics. SOLUTION: A connection embodiment is adopted, which directly transmits the switching output of a voltage resonant converter on a primary side to the primary winding of a flyback transformer FBT-1. A high DC voltage is achieved by a rectifying circuit for high voltage connected to a secondary side of the flyback transformer FBT-1. Stabilization is performed by controlling the switching frequency of the voltage resonant converter on the primary side according to a high DC voltage level. The primary winding and a boosting winding which constitutes a secondary winding are made to be coarsely united with respect to the flyback transformer.
