摘要 For the melt spinning of multifilaments, using at least two polymer components (A,B), they are melted separately and at different melting temperatures. The molten polymers flow through separate paths to the spinneret where they mix together, for extrusion as filaments. The molten flows are heated independently on their paths to the spinneret, to maintain their different melting temperatures up to the entry into the spinneret. The melt spinning of multi-component multifilaments maintains the different melting temperatures for the separate polymers before they mix together, with a deviation of <= 3 deg K and preferably <= 1.5 deg K. The separate polymer flows are controlled by their own spinning pumps and distributors, with their temperatures set by separate heat carriers. The carriers are heated by a common heating system, with a variable heat transfer action for the two polymer flows, to maintain their different temperature levels. Or the carriers are heated separately, to heat their polymer flows individually. An Independent claim is included for a melt spinning assembly with a heating system with a number of heat carriers (11.1,11.2) to heat the spinning pumps (2.1,2.2) and their distributors (3.1,3.2), and give each their separate temperature levels. Preferred Features: A heater (5) and a number of heat transfer units (15-18) act on the heat carriers, and set the temperature difference between them. The heater has a heating plate (13), heated by a vapor, with an opening (21) to hold the spinneret (4). The heat transfer is through contact surfaces between the heat carriers and the heating plate. Or the assembly can have a number of separate heaters, heated by a vapor and with contact surfaces for the heat transfer to the separate heat carriers. Additional thermal conductor blocks (17.1,17.2) and/or insulation plates (18.1,18.2) are at the heat transfer points, and an insulating wall (12) is between neighboring heat carriers. The heat carrier is formed by a closed box, with or without a filling material, with the spinning pump at the upper side and the distributor within it to a lower spinneret. Or the heat carrier is a solid block with the spinning pump at the top and the spinneret at the bottom, with the distributor formed by the interior of the block. Each spinning pump is linked to an extruder (8.1,8.2) by a feed line (6), with a separate heating mantles (7.1,7.2) for each feed line.
