The device consists of a base module with cable holders with holding elements. At least two mutually isolated contact elements are mounted in each holder for penetration of cable insulation when inserting a cable with at least two wires to contact the wires. Corresponding contact elements of the cable holders are electrically connected. The holding elements can be latched to the base module and the cables fixed in holders by holding elements. The device consists of a base module (1) with at least two cable holders (3) with holding elements (2). At least two mutually electrically isolated contact elements (7) are mounted in each cable holder for penetration of cable insulation (8) when inserting a cable (6) with at least two wires (9) so as to contact the wires. Corresponding contact elements of the cable holders are electrically connected together and the holding elements can be latched to the base module and the cables fixed in the holders by the holding elements.
