PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a plurality of heated objects with large temperature difference to suitable temperature at the same time. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a power feeding opening 19 irradiating high frequency into a heating chamber 10, a mounting saucer 20 mounting a heated object, a drive motor 22, an infrared ray sensor 23, a control means 26, an opening hole part 28 set near the feeding opening 19, an impedance- changing means 29 changing impedance of the opening hole 28. Since high frequency distribution inside the heating chamber 10 changes and high frequency distribution in front of the feeding opening 19 gets stronger, as the impedance- changing means 29 is controlled, the control means 26 moves and leaves a heated object with low temperature in front of the feeding opening 19 according to a signal from the infrared ray sensor 23, and then, controls the impedance- changing means 29 and heats the object more strongly restraining heating unevenness, to eliminate heating shortage, so that a plurality of objects with large temperature difference can be heated to a suitable temperature at the same time.
