<p>The invention relates to n-met of polypeptide comprising the amino acids of ORF-2 of the hepatitis E virus shown by the sequences of SEQ ID NO:1 or fragments thereof, wherein n is integer of 2-180. The invention also relates to the chimeric polypeptide of said fragments fused to conservative fragment of influenza virus hemagglutinin, and to covalent binding of said fragments with epitope polypeptide of ORF3 of hepatitis E virus or its fragments of immungenic activity, and to an expression vector comprising DNA molecules coding for above polypeptide, an expression host comprising expression vector. The invention also relates to vaccine composition and a kit of comprising above said polypeptide of HEV for diagnosing infection of HEV, and to diagnostic kits comprising IgG, IgM and total antibody, and its uses for preventing, diagnosing and/or treating infection of HEV.</p> |
