PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method between flanges at different positions at a time when width (beam depth) in the height direction of beams arranged so as to be mutually crossed at right angles differs. SOLUTION: The beam depth of the joined beams B1 and B2 differs in a joining construction method in which reinforcements are arranged at the position of the construction of a column without joining mutual webs and concrete is placed and the mutual joining section of end sections is buried into concrete and joined in the column and the beams. The height positions of one flanges B1a and B2a in the upper and lower flanges of the beams are mutually equalized approximately and joined, and a joint plate B1d corresponding to the height position of the other flanges of the beam B2 having small beam depth is installed on the web B1b of the beam B1 having large beam depth. The joint plate B1a and the other flanges B2a and B2a of the beam B2 having small beam depth are connected.
