The voltage conversion circuit is in a configuration where the output pulse signal of the delay circuit 102 is selected from the output signal of a basic delay circuit 107 of the delay circuit 102 and each output signal of an additional delay circuit 108. Therefore, by limiting the variable range of the output voltage close to a desired supply voltage, a control circuit can be simplified.
