PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center system with high efficiency, which can receive a maximum reception number of incoming calls by a prescribed number of operators, maintain the operation of flexibly coping with variations in the number of the incoming calls and highly satisfy customers. SOLUTION: In the call center system that includes a switch, plural terminals contained in the switch and each having a display device and a phone function, and a call reception controller, each terminal is provided with a speech recording/reproducing section that records a speech during a call to a speech recording file and reproduces the speech recorded in the speech recording file, a reply information generating section that generates reply information, a storage/temporary storage section that stores or temporarily stores the reply information on the way of creation or the created reply information to a file, a temporary storage read section that reads the temporarily stored reply information from the file, a temporary display section that displays the read reply information on the display device and a state notice means that informs a customer about the state of terminal.
