PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a point management device to easily handle point of campaign, etc. SOLUTION: A mail receiving unit 101c1 detects electronic mails to add points which are distributed to a mail server 104 and sends them to a text processing unit 101c2. The text processing unit 101c2 extracts sender's addresses and target addresses (administration numbers) from the received electronic mails, and sends them a point adding unit 101e. The point adding unit 101e refers to an administration numbers database 103b based on the administration numbers, verifies expire dates, and extracts campaign identification number. The point adding unit 101e refers to a members database 103a based on the senders addresses and extracts members identification, refers to a point accounts database based on the members identification and campaign identification and searches point accounts, and add the point accounts to the accumulated point values. |
