SOLUTION: A plant 1, a maintenance company 2 and an electronic market 3 are connected via a computer network 4 and the parts can be procured in the electronic market 3 based on a maintenance plan and an accidental repair request of the plant 1. And, if the plant 1 side wants to repair with used parts and inputs the request, the maintenance can be made by procurement of used parts.
