PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message machine of which right and left massage rollers are not only well synchronized as to make a complicated action but also made lightweight and compact. SOLUTION: In a massage machine with a massage unit 11 installed, a slide cam 17 wherein a cam groove 16 is engraved is provided inside the above massage unit 11. At the same time, within the above cam groove 16 two slide balls 15, 15 are inserted in a way that they can move and rotate freely therein. By the motion of the above slide cam driven by a driving source, a motion of the above slide balls 15, 15 which move and rotate inside the above groove is conveyed to each right and left massage roller 12, 12. Then, massage will be performed by the message rollers 12, 12.
