The pump is constructed in a body (10), containing a pump chamber (11), formed between a high piston (20) and a low piston (30). The pistons slide and are sealed to the pump body. The pump is fitted with a priming element, fitted to the low piston, and which is mobile and/or deformable in the pump chamber in order to evacuate any air contained within the pump chamber during the first operation of the pump.
